Our Story
Three Decades In The Trades
Pro One opened its doors in 1988. John Sturgill built it around one promise: treat every project like a precision build. Word travelled the way it does in York County — one finished kitchen, one solid deck, one honest quote at a time.
In 2006, John moved into government work. Bigger sites, tighter paperwork, zero tolerance for guesswork. That decade shaped how Pro One documents a job today: measured layouts, itemized contracts, and clear expectations before anyone picks up a hammer.
Five years ago, Pro One relaunched full-time in private renovation and design-build work. Same owner, same standards, plus a lifetime of drag racing that keeps the shop obsessed with tolerances, prep and follow-through.
